Odd Swan Jewelry was born from a lifelong love of beautiful, unusual things. Kirsten has always had a lifelong love for unique, soulful pieces. From thrifted treasures to handmade beads, wirework and anything with a personality, her passion for creating began early and never stopped growing.
It had always been her dream to melt and shape metal. Right out of high school, she even considered welding. That dream took flight years later when, while searching for a ring for their 7th wedding anniversary, her husband happened to meet the right person — a connection that led Kirsten to her first silversmithing lessons. It turned out to be the best gift he could have given.
Her style is a graceful blend of old-world soul and organic simplicity — a little raw, a little refined, always led by instinct (and the occasional “happy accident”). Each piece is crafted with heart, shaped by hand, and guided by the belief that beauty often lives in the imperfect.
